Kevin Miller serves as the Director for Alta Via’s Enterprise Architecture and Governance Practice with primary responsibilities for defining and enabling the core capabilities in the practice. Specific responsibilities towards business development, partner engagement and competency management. Kevin has over 15 years of experience supporting private and public sector in the areas of enterprise architecture, portfolio management, business process reengineering, organizational design, business case analysis and governance.
Kevin works at the intersection of information technology and business strategy to guide his clients towards improving operational effectiveness. He has significant experience working within business process management-based frameworks to support enterprise transformation initiatives. Kevin evaluates and improves the maturity of decision-making processes of large-scale, complex organizations by connecting their projects and initiatives to the strategic priorities and desired outcomes. He applies his business acumen to develop recommendations that address strategic problems that span the spectrum of process, technology, policy and people.
Kevin holds an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and Bachelor of Science in Management from St. John Fisher College. In his free time, Kevin enjoys running, basketball and spending time with his wife and two young boys.
